Balvir Jadeja

Balvir is an experienced and meticulous dentist that first qualified in 2009 from Queen Mary’s University of London. Over the years he has been based predominantly in Derbyshire and has also carried out a vast amount of Private Dentistry in Stamford and Brisbane, Australia. He is one of the principal dentist’s here at Dovehouse Dental and as the owner, he is passionate to deliver high quality care.

Balvir is a keen cosmetic dentist who is an accredited provider of SmileFast – the market’s leading smile makeover design. He enjoys helping patient’s achieve their desired aesthetic appearance through Anti-wrinkle injections (inclusive of Botox) and Dermal Fillers. He is a realistic clinician you can trust who will help you achieve your goals and give you the natural but beautiful smile you desire. Although Balvir provides the more complex cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, he is a strong believer in ensuring the key parts of general dentistry are not forgotten. He has worked alongside a Root Canal Specialist, Implant Specialist and specialist dental laboratory for many years to ensure patients receive the upmost quality of dental care. He strives to ensure these services remain at the heart of Dovehouse Dental so our patients may rest assured they are receiving the best quality Dentistry.

Outside of work, Balvir is a sporting individual. He loves to keep fit by playing football, tennis and running after his two young children. He takes pride in ensuring to spend time with his son and daughter who keep him and his wife on their toes. Balvir enjoys being a father and really understands the importance of developing good habits in children. This reflects in his demeanour at work as he is a big supporter of Oral Health Education in children and would like to work with the local Solihull Community to promote this in our future generations.

Henna Toor

Henna is a bubbly and charismatic dentist at our practice. She is one of the joint principal owner’s and takes pride in spreading her positive attitude throughout the dental practice to both our patients and staff. Henna first qualified in 2015 from the University of Manchester and has since developed a large portfolio of exceptional experience. After qualification, Henna was a Senior House Officer at Liverpool Dental Hospital where she oversaw dental students and also worked alongside specialist Consultants. She completed her post graduate examinations during this time and successfully gained a Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties. Henna is keen to stay up-to-date and learnt to deliver dental services in a hospital setting where she treated more complex patients. After vast experience gained in Liverpool, she went on to work in the Maxillofacial Department at Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham. Here she gained experience in complex dental extractions but also dealt with facial trauma. This developed her skill-set as a dentist as she worked alongside Maxillofacial Consultants who further built her medical and dental knowledge.

Since having two young children, Henna has worked in Private practice and strives to deliver Consultant standard work as she has been strictly trained. She is an accredited facial aesthetics provider of both Anti-wrinkle injections & Dermal Fillers. Invisalign occupies the majority of her diary as she loves to take patients through a journey to transform their smile. Henna puts her patients at ease with her jovial nature and experienced clinical work.

Her personal life revolves around her young daughter and son who has recently started school. She loves to share stories about the two children keeping her home a happy place and really values her family bonds. Henna endeavours to treat our dental practice as a family and hopes to welcome all patients who wish to join our long standing clinic.

Aakash Patel

Aakash Patel graduated from The University of Birmingham in 2008 with a degree in dentistry. His passion for dentistry and aesthetics has led him to seek out further training and mentorship from international and world-renowned dentists to be able to offer the best care possible to his patients.

Aakash provides all aspects of general dentistry, ensuring your mouth is set up to function comfortably. He enjoys providing minimally invasive and aesthetic smile transformations using a combination of orthodontics, composite bonding and veneers. He also has a keen interest in Implant Prosthodontics and has been able to treat and complete a number of cases over the years. In addition to his general dentistry he is also an accredited facial aesthetics provider which is inclusive of anti-wrinkle injections and  dermal fillers.

As well as his passion to continually learn, he also wanted to mentor and pass on his knowledge and became an Educational Supervisor within The West Midlands Deanery. Within this role he was able to nurture newly graduated dentists and support them in the starting of their working life.

His patients often comment on his gentle but meticulous nature, which can put even the most nervous patients at ease. In his spare time Aakash enjoys going to the gym and is a big sports fan. He  also loves experiencing new food cuisines.

Asad Mahmood

Asad is our longest standing clinician at Dovehouse Dentistry. He qualified in 2002 from the University of Wales, Cardiff and has gained over 21 years of general dentistry experience. He has also been successfully placing dental implants for the past 15 years.

He is a popular dentist with his patients and his calm chair side manner helps ease and support anxious patients through their treatment journey. He is often referred new patients through word of mouth and recommendations from local dental specialists.

Asad ensures his patients understand the importance of attaining optimal oral health  and treats them with a holistic, minimalist intervention approach.

Outside of dentistry, Asad is a follower of a multitude of sports and is a keen amateur photographer.

Mohinderpal Sandhar

Mr. Sandhar qualified from Birmingham University in 1997. He is an experienced dentist and has
ran his own practices for over 15 years.
Mohinderpal was previously a dental tutor, training and teaching undergraduate students at
Birmingham Dental School.
He has been involved in implant dentistry for over 20 years. He is able to provide comprehensive
restorative treatment for our patients.

Nabeel Ahmad

Dr. Nabeel Ahmad (BSc BChD MChD) graduated from the University of Leeds with an honour’s degree in the Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Master of Dental Surgery. Early on in his career while working in general practice Nabeel won the prize for the best Endodontic case in his scheme. Nabeel has also previously worked as a senior house officer in the maxillofacial department at Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he became experienced in managing all different types of medical & dental emergencies as well as diagnosing oral cancers early. Following this post Nabeel worked in the oral surgery department at Birmingham Dental Hospital on a referral basis carrying out complex dental extractions involving wisdom teeth and buried roots.

Nabeel provides a high quality of care with transparency using a warm and honest approach for all his patients and a pleasant dental experience and that brings a great amount of satisfaction to him as it is a priority of his. He has actively invested in post- graduate education, travelling the country to learn from the leading dentists in their fields to stay up to date with the most advanced evidence-based techniques.

Away from Dentistry, Nabeel enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys writing and has previously written articles for his favourite football club Arsenal’s website.
