In order for us to provide you the best possible care, it is important that we have the time available to do so. Once your appointment has been booked, we would kindly request you to attend 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time to ensure that we’re able to update any possible paperwork prior to your appointment and  subsequently, run on time to see you.

A cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice (2 working days) significantly limits our ability to make the appointment available to another patient in need.

In order to maintain suitable booking availability for our patients, please find our cancellation policy below:

• In the event that you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please provide us with 48 hours notice (2 working days) to avoid a cancellation fee. This will allow us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting to be seen. If we are closed, or you are unable to get through to the practice, you can
  leave a message on our answering machine or email us at dovehousedentalsolihull@dentallymail.co.uk.
•  Failure to attend a booked appointment without 48 hours notice (2 working days) may be charged at £40 per 30-minute allocated appointment time.
• If you are 15 minutes (or more) late for your appointment, the appointment may have to be cancelled and rescheduled and you may be charged for a missed
  appointment.
• As a courtesy, we make reminder calls/ messages for appointments one day in advance. If a reminder call or message is not received, the cancellation policy remains in effect. 
• We understand that in some circumstances, such as illness or an emergency, cancellations are inevitable and we shall take all valid reasoning into consideration
  before actioning the above stated policy.
