Complaints Procedure

At Dovehouse Dentistry we always try to ensure that our patients are happy with the service that we provide. If, however, if you feel that your needs have not been met and wish to express your concerns or complain, then we would like to know.

We operate a fully compliant, established practice complaintsprocedure which meets national criteria. Many complaints can be quickly and easily dealt with in person on the day.

Should you need to complain, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible. In the first instance please inform our Practice Manager who will then guide you through our complaints procedure with a view to resolving your complaint efficiently.
